Shipping Policy

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep

Please allow 1-7 business days for processing after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@theblueperuvian.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping times depend on your location, as our products are sourced from both domestic and international suppliers. Typically, shipping can be anywhere between 2-5 weeks. We will try to do everything that we can to get your order to you as fast as possible, but various factors can influence shipping delays that are out of our control.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
